Each order is prepared with care and attention. Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping methods, and delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within the timeframes outlined below. Processing times are separate from shipping times.
- Ready-made embroidered pieces:
Dispatched within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. - Custom & bespoke embroidery:
Processing times vary depending on the nature of the commission and will be communicated to you at the time of order or consultation. These pieces are created to order and require additional time. - Digital products:
Delivered electronically via download or email immediately after purchase (or as stated on the product page). - Online classes & workshops:
Access details will be sent via email after purchase or on the scheduled start date.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the UK and internationally. Available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs, postal delays, peak periods).
- UK orders: typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch
- International orders: delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at olsjona.embroidery@gmail.com, and we will assist you where possible.
We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
Damaged Items During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the packaging and item, so we may assess the issue.
